One possible version
Recently I find that some classmates lead an unhealthy life, such as staying up late and not eating breakfast. Although we are under great pressure, it is necessary for us to live a healthy life. The following are some useful tips.
First, it’s important that we have a balanced diet and enjoy breakfast every day, because we consume much energy while studying. Second, taking exercise regularly is of equal importance, which can help us to keep fit and release stress. More importantly, we should develop a positive attitude, which allows us to look at things positively no matter what happens.
In a nutshell, proper food, regular exercise and a positive attitude can be beneficial to us during this bittersweet year.

英语试题听力原文
Text 1
M: Madam, did I do anything wrong?
W: Yes, Sir. You ran through the stop sign. May I see your driver’s license, please?
Text 2
W: Why do you always refuse to go anywhere with us?
M: Well, haven’t you considered the fact that everything costs a lot of money?
Text3
M: What is Fred’s new house like?
W: It’s really nice and not very far from his workplace. But he is tired of hearing the planes flying overhead all day long.
Text4
W: Your wife is a good cook. I really enjoyed the meal. Did she study cooking in school?
M: No, she learned by herself. She has a cookbook and she reads it when she has time.
Text5
W: It’s 5:00 p.m. Our flight is in an hour! Are you still packing?
M: I know we should have been at the airport thirty minutes ago! But I can’t find anything! Where is my raincoat? Have you seen my favorite pair of jeans?
Text6
M: God! I’ve never seen anything like that. The project you just finished is the biggest one in the history of our company!
W: Really? I didn’t know. I thought this was just the way things are done.
M: How many projects have you worked on this year?
W: This is the first one, actually. Can you believe it?
M: Well, it is early in the year. How about last year? How many did you work on?
W: None. I mean that this is the first project I have ever worked on, sir. I’ve only been here for three months, and this is my first job.
M: That’s amazing. Keep up the good work, and you will go further here!
Text7
W: Hi, Jim. Why did it take you so long to answer the phone? Were you playing computer games just now?
M: Not this time. I was taking a shower.
W: I called you yesterday, but you didn’t answer the phone.
M: Sorry. I was out shopping yesterday and left my phone at home. I saw that you’d called when I got back and I tried to call you back, but your phone was off.
W: Yeah. I went to a concert so I turned my phone off.
M: So what’s up?
W: I wanted to invite you to my sister’s wedding next Saturday. Would you like to be my guest?
M: Sure. I bought a present for her yesterday. Can you come and pick me up on Saturday?
W: Of course. The wedding begins at 2 pm. I’ll come and pick you up forty minutes before that.
Text8
M: What are you reading?
W: An article about Amazon Tree Houses.
M: Wow, people in the Amazon live in trees?
W: That’s not what I am talking about. Amazon Tree Houses is a company that specializes in the design and construction of tree houses.
M: So? Why do you care?
W: Well, I’m thinking about opening a tree house hotel. I have a feeling that tree houses will be really popular in the future.
M: I bet you’re going to throw that idea away within one week. It is impossible.
W: Why?
M: You don’t have enough money to buy yourself a small apartment, let alone tree houses.
W: I’m going to work harder.
M: Sweetie, it’s good to have a dream, but not so good to have an unrealistic one.
Text9
M: Good morning! I’m Roy Carroll.
W: Hello, Roy. Have a seat. Well, you seem to have the longest service record—seventeen years!
M: That’s right.
W: Well you are obviously happy here!
M: I am, yes, although it used to be more fun.
W: Why’s that?
M: Well, it was more sociable. I used to go out more with my colleagues. When I first started here, we had very long lunch breaks, sometimes two hours. Now it’s only thirty minutes. And we all used the gym together. That doesn’t happen much now.
W: Did you use to work more as a team?
M: Yes, we did. We’re more on our own now. I also used to travel a lot more too. They’ve cut down on that.
W: Has anything changed for the better?
M: Yes, there are more opportunities to learn new skills. The money’s much more now. That’s why I’m still here!
Text10
Hi, everyone. Thank you all for gathering here in the hall. It’s twenty to twelve now. I’ll try to finish my task as soon as possible so that it won’t delay your lunch break ten minutes later. I’m wondering if you all can hear me. Good, I’d like to tell you about some changes in our offices. Because our company is concerned about the environment, there are some changes as to how office waste will be handled. Starting from next Friday, containers will be placed throughout the office for recycling. Please note that all red containers are for anything that is plastic, while all green containers are meant for glass things. These containers will be emptied each Wednesday and their contents will be sent to a recycling factory. As you leave, please take one of the papers on the table at the back of the room. It summarizes all of the information I’ve just given you. Remember, the program doesn’t begin until next Friday. So that’s all from me. Thank you for your cooperation with this effort.
